I’m having such a healthy meal for the first time in a looong time. I had a bowl of plain yogurt that I added bits of peach, strawberry, and raspberry to; a kale/ lettuce salad with Bragg’s, lemon juice, sunflower seeds, walnuts, avocado, alfalfa sprouts, and red onion; and now I’m having a big bowl of Nature’s Path pumpkin/ raisin cereal.
